Payment And Deposit Policy

Payments & Deposit:

• If booking is less than $100 please pay full amount through our Squareup Interface at time of booking.
• If booking rate is between $100 and $500 a minimum deposit of $100 per vehicle is required through our Squareup Interface to guarantee service at time of booking.
• If booking rate is between $501 and $1,000 a minimum deposit of $200 per vehicle is required through our Squareup Interface to guarantee service at time of booking.
• We do not accept American Express
• It must be that deposit has to be paid before reservation can go through
• Changes and Cancellations: You may change or cancel your reservation within 14 days before your ride without penalty. All changes must be made via email if you do not receive reply email cancellation is not valid. Thereafter, full charges will apply. No cancellation penalty applies if your flight is cancelled and you no longer need service.
• Payment Information: Balance for service is due at time of pick up to driver. Please carefully review our cancellation policy prior to booking.
• Substitutions: While we work to ensure that the vehicle and amenities shown are available, we cannot guarantee they will be in service for your limo rental and the limo company may substitute a similar vehicle for your service. We also reserve the right to outsource your reservation to another limo company if necessary.
